My daughters - sizes medium and large - tried this style however even when we ordered down a size it was too loose through the bust by gapping at the arm pits.

CUTE BUT RUNS VERY SMALL
I really love the look of this leotard, but the sizing is off. The largest size currently offered, LC, lists a girth of 51-53 inches. My 8 yo is a lean 80 lbs, 56 and a half inches tall with a girth (shoulder to crotch) measurement of 52 inches This leo was much too short in length. The straps were digging into her shoulders and the leg openings were pulled quite high (more of a competitive swimsuit leg cut). All of her other measurements fit within the Medium size leo so it's very disappointing it didn't work out.

NICE BASE LEOTARD
This is a great base leotard for class or simple costumes that can be worn in the future. It can be a little baggy under the arms in order to get a good fit in the length, but it's comfortable and durable.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL LEOTARD
It runs small. The size I is super tight on my just 6 year old daughter. I guess I should have bought her a size M 8-10. This one should last her a couple months. I will know for next time. Either way it is so pretty on.

COMFORTABLE AND CUTE, RUNS SMALL
Just received this leotard. Looks cute and is exactly what my daughter is looking for, runs small. My daughter used to be always on the tall/skinny side of her age (almost 9). The size M fits just right with no room to grow. Thinking that I should've ordered the L instead. But, when I measured her "girth" she fell in the M based on the size chart above.

MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT.
my daughter loves it. She is very slender average to a little tall for her age. She will be 8 in December. It fits well with room to grow without being loose. She loves the strap back design.

OVERALL GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE, BUT...
The quality of the fabric and style are great, however it runs a little large around the legs. While the top and body fit fine the legs had gaps. Fortunately, these were easily fixed with a couple of tightening stitches. Overall great product!
